Lyfe Group supports stem cell transplantation and experimental therapeutics at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. With contributions exceeding $3M, our philanthropy eorts propelled Sylvester’s stem cell transplant unit into one of the finest and fastest-growing programs in the country.

Stem cell transplants have given hope to thousands of cancer patients by bolstering, and even replacing their immune systems, to fight cancer or recover from chemotherapy. Funding also enables Sylvester to recruit additional world-class physician-scientists to their renowned team of cancer experts.

Lyfe GroupLatin America Division

Lyfe Group Latin America provides scholarships to young graduates from the Caribbean region, who are leaders with outstanding academic performance, and have the potential and motivation to complete their studies and contribute to their communities, but face economic difficulties.

Other initiatives include the support of children’s foster homes that provide a shelter to children with cancer. Interdisciplinary groups formed by psychologists, educators, doctors, nurses and nutritionists, offer treatment and economic support. Extensive medicinal cannabis research and development are ongoing, to find cures for children suffering with severe encephalopathies
