Will I see both names during the transition?
Yes, documents and packaging may display either or both namesduring the phased rollout throughout 2026. Both are valid.
What documents and visuals will change?
The Lyfe Group name and logo will gradually appear on invoices, products labels, packaging, shipping, documents, COAs, data sheets and digital platforms. These updates will roll out in phases, with no disruption to your orders.
Will product quality or specifications change?
No. Formulations, raw materials, manufacturing proccesses, and certifications remain unchanged.
Will my contacts change?
Your sales and customer service representative will remain the same. Email addresses will be updated gradually, and you’ll be notified in advance.
The CapsCanada emails will still be available during the transition.
